MIT Admissions Office

Tour Coordinator, - Present

  • Developed and maintained a system via Google Sheets to match 100+ student tour guides to admissions tours for up to 4,000 visitors each week, track hours and attendance for each tour guide, and facilitate the training and onboarding process for new guides
  • Interfaced between student tour guides and program coordinators to identify, resolve, and prevent issues and miscommunications in all aspects of the tour process, from registration to payroll.

MIT Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science

Lab Assistant (for Fundamentals of Programming), -

  • Worked with other LAs to support over 1,000 students each week in debugging and conceptually understanding fundamental CS and Object-Oriented Programming concepts
